not letting me add funds keeps say app has a temporary problem been like that for a few weeks

When the app is closed you can't do a simple thing like checking if the next draw is a rollover or what the jackpot is I've actually never once liked the basic functionality of this app. The results are out on other websites before this I'm uninstalling. Again!!

The app keeps giving me "you are offline" messages when I go to pay for a playslip even though I'm obviously online to have gotten as far as signing in and choosing numbers. I can go onto the website right after and play with no issues so it's obviously an issue with the app. If you can't play using the app then that's half of its purpose gone.

I see no reason why I can't play instant wins when I'm out of the UK although I have a UK phone account

Instant win games £5 to play, win £5 £10 £1500 or £1,000,000. The prizes are a joke! There should be more mid way prizes too - not just one extreme to the other. Like £500, £5000 £10,000 £50,000 £100,000 £250,000 etc. Winning £10 on a £5 scratch card as one of 4 prizes is very underwhelming and there's only 2 better prizes which one of them is almost impossible odds to get. Hit or bust! Honestly guys this is rubbish, do better.

Up until the last update this app.was working fine but now the spend limit seems to be at a stand still.so no more games can be played so app Is not usable at the moment.

Don't spend money on the instant win games. They say odds are like 1 in 2.5 I played over a year and here's what I can tell you The actual odds are more like 1 in 10. I played on average 10 paid games a month. And 10 trial games a week Each one yielded on average 1-2 wins, 8-9 losses. The instant win games is house always instant wins. My longest losing streak was 13 £3 games lost in a row which is very very unlikely if the odds was really 2.5.

App won't let me add funds I've tried 2 accounts ,updated details and still not getting anywhere

Since the update the instant win games are no longer winnable. You had a fair chance prior to update if at least a few wins out of ten or twenty games now you are lucky to get one at the lowest possible prize.
