App works, company is a scam
As with nearly all trains in this country, the costs of tickets are practically scam prices. Its cheaper to travel in nearly any other method and you'll probably be more comfortable doing so. Prices keep rising, quality keeps dropping and nearly all your tickets will be non-refundable so even if you don't use them you can easily be £100+ out of pocket for a simple trip. The sad state of the UK's once crowning rail system is not only shocking but sickening to see. Instead of a powerful system connecting the country we have a rotting and decaying system barely better than the rail system in India, though atleast their repairs actually fix things. Every time I have to open this god forsaken app I feel a little part of me die. I'd love to see the tumour racked mind that comes up with the ticket price comes from. When you can fly to other countries on weekend holidays for less than a normal cost of very simple trips.

It sends you back "train timetable" but it's a nice piece of rubbish. Full of ads, she wants to connect to Google or facebook account, very intrusive, slow... It has nothing useful about it. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Could be better
Our ticket gave us in Milano Centrale a too short change time. But as we could see more departures we thought ok we can take the next in case. In fact we lost the connection but unfortunately once we arrived there we realized that the next train from the departure location was only one hour later. If you put the departure location, it gives you also other options not at the same place asked, but you can see it only if you open every single option. This should not happen, we had a big stress reaching the airport on time.

It does what it used to do train timetable (of which I had paid plus version, but it does it worse. For example, it does not support PayPal. Nice service crap

Zero customer support
I'm trying to contact the customer service for the past 2 months I'm and unable to get to them. I got my railcard from this app and my railcard is not showing up in the app and even I tried all the methods shown in the app. Now I have to pay fine because I'm unable to show my railcard to the authorities. And tried contacting the customer service using the transaction Id given when I got the railcard and it's saying that they can't find any booking references and I'm stuck and helpless with a hefty amount to pay as a fine even though I have purchased and have the valid railcard.

so frustrating, I tried to book tickets to London with my family, clicked pay and it said the tickets had sold out but when I went back to try again but they hadn't sold out they had just upped the price 😓
