Used to be the best but has had nothing but problems since schawb took over. I can't even login to the app anymore. My paper money account, my live account, the papermoney account tied to my live account, both tested under each of the firms, tdameriteade and charles schwab have a login error. They are accepting the login tho. After passing the biometrics it then says an error occurred. I can login into the charles schwab website still. So I guess they at least still allow me to withdraw all my $

I can't seem to log on, via the app, not getting text to verify my account. This has been happening since the change from TD Ameritrade to Schwab.

The chart drawings on desktop doesn't show up on the app. It was fine before the app switched to Schwab.

Went downhill after Schwab transition.

While I am a huge fan and a long time user of the app and the desktop version, the last few days have been very frustrating. 1. Scans on iPad don't work some days or is unreliable. A fixed watchlist will work, but a scan shows no results at all. The same scan shows results on the desktop version. Many columns just show a dash instead of data. For example, in the options tab for QQQ, delta and theta are not shown correctly sometimes. Problems are much worse in the prime trading time early in the morning and start working later in the day. So if you depended on ToS for active trading, it has been a let down. Many operations like switching between scan based watchlists are extremely slow and you end up having to wait a long time to get results or sometimes the scan just times out. Customer support via the desktop app now takes upwards of 1 hour for someone to respond on chat versus seconds previously. All together, the issues point to inadequate cloud infrastructure and staff to support the user base, using low tier cloud computing to skimp on cost at the expense of squandering customer time and patience. Most of us don't fit the mold of the Schwab website users. If you want to retain ToS users, you have to respect our needs Schwab.

new update bricked the watchlist scanners

don't know what developers are doing with the scanning to make it lag worse than before. tos is infamous for having slow load up of scanning watchlist when more users are online especially beginning hours of the market but with the recent update my watch lists just wont load through out the whole day. it could be they need more servers but they should revert the update on the watchlist

I was forced to this app with the TDA buy out. TOS is marginally better than Schwab, but both are absolutely terrible. I gave it four days and then liquidated my account and removed my cash. I'll find another broker.
