Bad news company people.
From what I've seen and read about this company? Stay way the He🏒🏒 from these guys. Why are almost all the apps in Apple App Store that help sell used items ripping people off like this one here? An even more important question that needs to be addressed is why is Apple allowing them to do it? From sales apps to game apps, they are all ripping off the people who use them and Apple does nothing. When I had a Samsung and used Google play store I never had a issue with returns or money taken from my account that Google didn't take care of or make right. But since I've had this iPhone l've been ripped off more times than I care to mention. Mostly little things, but looking back on it those little things add up. Because of apps like this one l've had to remove all payment information from the App Store. It's not just apps like this here, it's the whole rotten apple.

Such a scam, do not sell here!
You make nothing selling your clothes, literally a dollar a change. You can get your clothes back but they charge you $6 per item! Also took forever for them to list my clothes. About a month. Complete waste of time, don't use this app. Update: I lowered the prices on all my items just so they can sell and miraculously they all sold…wondering if ThredUP just “bought them” and are going to resell them. I'll let you all know….

NEVER AGAIN!!!
Sent 5 bags of clothing, 1 of which apparently went missing. The items consisted of women's name brand clothing such as AE, KanCan, flying monkey, etc. As well as toddler clothing name brands like under armour, cat & jack, etc. Didn't received a dollar…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I can see most items sold and says payment complete. Yet, I didn't even a card or account bc I was skeptical! 🤔 ODD! Intuition correct! I did receive 50 points on my account, which I believe I'll wash my hands of. SCAM!

As an app great! Great to find good deals. I regret so much to sell them my clothes. I sent them clothes nwt, everything probably worth it 300$. I made 30 $. For every piece that they sell you made like 1 $.

I don't really wanna give a rating because I couldn't use the app. I'm not a woman a girl or a child, I don't understand why there isn't a Men's section. I suppose men aren't style-savvy or interested in buying second hand for the good of the environment. Was really looking forward to making this a well-used app too...

Some things have been great. The sizes are not always accurate which can be frustrating. Be sure to read the measurements when available! Returns are great and professional. I feel they have improved a great deal over the past 2 years. Always packaged very nicely and arrive promptly.

I sent my first clean out kit on April 4th and they have not even opened my kit much less list a single item. I've requested my kit back multiple times with NO RESPONSE!! At this point my spring and summer items will be out of season by the time they get to it. I also paid for the return my items option but to NO AVAIL! I was leary to send a kit to begin with and should have stuck with my gut instinct! Purchasing from ThreadUp is always good but sending a kit to sell is RIDICULOUS SELLERS 🚫

Beware! Don’t Send Them Your Clothes to Resell
This company is great to buy from but do not send them your clothing! I filled a whole bag of clothes in the clean up kit, and paid extra to have them return unsellable items. I had NWOT items in there like Kate Spade and Anthro. It's been almost a year and I have $0 store credit with them. Evidently the items didn't sell. I feel like it's a scam and I should've just donated my clothes to Goodwill rather than waste my time bagging. And obviously if I wanted to make money, I should the clothes at a local reseller/consignment shop.
