Terrible app will not let me deactivate or delete my useless acxt. I do not feel like paying so much for every job. I can get better service anywhere else. Now let me delete my account

So far no enough projects. In the area. And I been already charged just because the client answered my but still don't have the job.

What are the prices based on? I get charged 116$ for ONE lead that were 4 professionals contacted Far from my area Which means that was a very high probability that I'm not the one to get the job And I still get charged And for a trade that's not even my area Just the costumer couldn't describe his need very well I not even had the choice to accept or not the lead

Kept charging for leads outside of my preference travel range

This company provides you with junk leads and charges your card automatically and they will not give you a refund, even if the lead is completely irrelevant to your expertise For example, I have a painting company we received a lead that we were charged $300 for the woman owns a mobile home in a trailer park and she put down that she has five rooms Her painting project was only $500 cost us $300 and Thumbtack would not approve the refund when we submitted the request We also tried to call their Customer Service to dig deep into it and explain the situation to them their automated voicemail system sent you to text message only and back to, and keeps running around into a circle of death I'll be submitting a claim with Better Business Bureau against this company there should be a class action lawsuit against them and I highly caution anyone from using this service ever

I can't even use the app. It gets to where I can add a profile picture then it just stops

Got charged after I deactivated my account. Can't figure out how to remove payment info as it says I don't have any on file. So how did they charge my card if it's not on file? I'm upset because I wasted my money and now have to order a new credit card.

$150 worth of job offered to 5 people each getting charged $50. Thumbtack makes $250 for $200 for job. When you lower your preferences, they automatically give you discount even tho you don't want that kind of jobs and they won't refund you. They send you direct lead prices 4 times higher than auction leads. Just don't work with this scam like company. Horrible customer service. You have only one rep since you are locked into it you have to wait for them to wake up and answer you.

Way overpriced they send the lead to 4 to 5 pros on every single one in charge you more than the job is worth then when you need jobs they don't give you any
