Technical problems
The idea itself is awesome and it works, although the application has a bug because after entering the Account, then to the calendar or alerts and selecting an event, the application freezes every time. I haven't found a place where you can report it.

That app is open all day long. My screen is unlocked. I get a push notification that there is a ticket. It's not in the app itself yet? I press the push notification/notification to see that the ticket has already been sold.

Good company, bad app
App crashes continuously when I want to see tickets for an event. Deleting logging out and rebooting doesn't work at all!

The app doesn't work
There is no longer support for iOS prior to 16. We don't import the old devices.

Not suitable for older versions
It won't let me update the app because I can't install the latest version of iPhone and it shouldn't happen. I've tried to contact support but there's no way

It would be nice if you could buy tickets for events you're interested in - as soon as the notification comes in, the ticket is gone right away 🤣, so I'm really sitting on my phone, click on the notification as soon as it pops up and then it says "someone else is paying right now" every time Don't check your system TicketSwap. Then buy from the organizer and pay 5€ more 🤣
