This app spends more time crashing and lagging than actually playing music. When it works, the quality is superior to Spotify. But it doesn't matter honestly because the apps stability is so abhorrent that it completely ruins the experience. You all should be embarrassed for letting your app operate so poorly. And if you tell me to clear my cache I swear I'll unsubscribe and go back to Spotify. Which I might do anyways 🤷🏼♀️ figure it out

It tears me apart
I get aggression because my playlists disappear CONSTANTLY. Songs that are liked with the "aqua blue heart" end up WHERE? The app is so complicated... And what is this session function supposed to do? Who uses something like that ?!

I've been using this platform for a few years, after these few years I'm tired of songs disappearing from the playlist. Out of 461 collected tracks, 118 are inactive, i.e. 1/4 of the songs are inactive and only the titles are visible. Often songs become inactive after a few days from being added, so after years of struggle I move to the competition, where once added a song stays on the playlist. It's a pity because I liked this platform in general

Finally canceled my subscription today. This has felt like a toxic relationship for a while now. So many playback issues and all the trouble shooting support provided has been useless. Delete the app, update the app, log out and back in. Useless. I give tidal 1* because I remember the good times. I can hardly ever make it through a song anymore without it stopping 3+ times. I was rocking with Tidal for at least 8 years and yall couldn't fix this issue. Bye. *signs up for Spotify subscription*

Quality may be good - but your trial / interface / account management SUCKS
You can keep the 2.50. I tried several times to set up the account with my sonos and imported playlists - and it doesnt work. I give up. Congrats on losing a new customer

Just couldn't sign up on the App, black screen and no movement. Thought if this simple process not working then the functionality may indeed be a problem. Gave up

Until they improve the app, the audio quality and so on is good, but the application is very bad, it doesn't load properly, it doesn't download my music and other details, I think Spotify beats it for that, even though its audio quality is not the best.
