Live chat doesn't work. App takes so much time to load

For a high-end company such as T-Mobile, you would like to assume their app would be usable. It's actually the exact opposite. I mean, it glitches out every time I try to upgrade my phones, or try to pay a bill, or do anything that has to do with them taking my money. Pretty bad business idea if you ask me, I'm just trying to pay you more. Sadly, I will more than likely be cutting my loss with you guys; since my main reason for joining was the ease the app was supposed to give me. Try harder.

Just downloaded the newest update on 5/16/24. Open up the app, and it says "setting up" and then it doesn't do anything, just stays in the same screen. It has done that to me the past few updates, it's really annoying. Been having to go on a web browser to pay my bill instead of the tmobile app... Terrible... Fix the issue
