Despite email and text asking me to access my tickets in the app, these are not showing. Used their chat function for help twice today but received no reply!

Our tickets were stolen - we already were charged and had to buy much more expensive tickets at the theater.

Great in theory but never been chosen, just get sent offers for more expensive tickets post competition! Been at least a couple of years now

I cannot getvanyone at todat tix to explain what the numbers are on your logo on my phone every day...1...or2...or 3...etc and what to do sbout rhat number. I have been trying for a month at least for someone there to explain how it all works. Referring me to computer responses is no help to me

It’s difficult to transfer tickets to your family members
I booked two tickets for my parents few days back but since the app has a policy to display and share tickets only 24 hours before the show, I am not able to transfer tickets to my parents as only 1 out of the two allows for transfer. I am stuck and I don't know how to share both tickets to my parents. Customer support is only till 7pm

No longer a good deal
It was much better when you picked the general area and prices were lower. It is no longer cheaper than purchasing tickets elsewhere. Not sure if I will continue to use them. :(
