It is not surprising that the quality and quantity of the food on offer has declined sharply. When the small and medium-sized businesses have to pay 30% and more of the already low price to the consumer giant Unilever, which owns this app. All those who boast of saving food here should find out who they are doing something good for and rather ask at the bakery around the corner whether you can buy the baked goods for less money in the evening or the next day.

Hello, I have been using the application regularly and for a long time and was very satisfied to be able to pay with PayPal in which I have full confidence. Why did you remove this option? I can't pay with google pay not accepted by the postal bank and therefore now have to enter my credit card details every time and it works one time out of 2.... It's been 2 sales that I like to miss!

Order a basket in a rotisserie for the next day at 9 p.m. The next day at 8:30 p.m. I received a message to tell me that there was no more basket. Of course not seen travel for nothing. Finally refund within 15 days. It's clear I prefer to waste now.....

I loved the app back when it was about actual food from restaurants. At this point, where I live, the "restaurants" are 99% bakeries and supermarkets. I am all in favour of them not wasting the food they would otherwise throw away, but it's extremely frustrating at the end of a long work day to get a notification telling me to save "a meal" from being wasted instead of cooking dinner and then to see that the "meal" options are either a bag of old bread or a bag of groceries (yet to be cooked).

This app forces users to use a credit card for purchases, not cash at the stores. Who wants to provide credit information online, when essentially buying food that retailers would throw out at the end of the night? Yes, you get food for about half price, but it's leftovers that would have been tossed. No thanks!!

Change instruction on swiping page
Helping a friend pick up their order first time using app. Swiping page needs improvement in instructions. After show to staff It should state staff to swipe. Bc at the end it said based on memory swipe to pick up order. If staff is to swipe them it should read swipe to give order to client bc that is what the staff told me. Go figure that out at the swiping page with incorrect instructions.

If they don't refund the money, they should at least allow you to pick up at a later time, you don't always get a specific time and some sections are very short. Saying that you can only cancel 2 hours before is an abuse, how can I know in 2 hours if I will be able to arrive on time? If it is almost always specific and unforeseen circumstances that do not allow you to arrive (traffic, accident, delay in public transport,...)
