I've been playing this game for about 7 or 8 years. I'm on a team and am suddenly not on the team. I try to join but it tells me I'm already on the team. But it has started me over completely (i lost all points, bonuses and helps) I'm showing with no team. I'm about to delete because ALL MY HARD WORK IS GONE! And apparently so is my team access. No longer worth the attempt to try! I loved this game until.....

It's more of a luck game than a puzzle game
If the colors do not match and are disjointed, the arrangement will change by reset, but before the reset, it will be erased in the same place many times, and the number of times will increase in vain, and as a result, it will not be cleared

I am extremely disappointed with this game and its setup. I invested a lot of time, effort, and money into playing this game and building my own team, only to have it all taken away from me without warning. The customer service is appalling. They refused to help me recover my team, and their response was simply that they cannot do anything about it. I feel like I have been scammed, and I would strongly advise others against playing this game.

Fake ads, the ad showes different then actually the game is. Its more similar to candy crush. Pathatic game 😡
