I've been a member for a few years now and generally I'm happy with things. However, I'm finding that the overview page has changed and it's not letting me see my summary. The 'earnings' tab covers it. Have you updated recently?

Not tracking
Becoming more and more frequent not tracking purchases and not being able to contact anyone to follow up. TopCashback is no where near the site it used to be . Time to look for a more professional platform

Need to submit claims for missing cashback more often than not. Currently been waiting a year on one claim and just keep getting told to wait.

Used to be amazing
More than 50% of my cashback does not track anymore, (same with friends), and I have to submit a missing cashback claim via the app which funnily enough knows the exact date, time, and retailer I'm following up on. I do still get the payout but it is delayed and having to set a reminder in my calendar to chase is unacceptable.

You may wait for the payment even a year
Ridiculous long time for the payments, the help / contact us teams not very helpful and most of all it's far too much hassle to use this app not worth it - your time is priceless remember this!!!
