Shame on Toyota
Bought a 68k tundra and have to pay a subscription for basic features all other car makers have standard? Not to mention the app is horrible, remote start barely works and always has a connection issues. What a joke of an app and for Toyota having a japanese standard of high quality, I've seen Chinese apps work better. Certainly makes me the think my Toyota purchase for such a shady subscription service.

Payment option not available
I have tried to see the progress of my payment programed and it's show me an error from the app ends but is not being fixed and there is no way to get support to report the problem

Burns battery super quick. Stop app when not in use otherwise battery life is cut in half.

Digital key doesn’t download
The app works well for remote start and unlocking/locking. However the digital key function is terrible. For those who were only given one key by the dealer, this is critical. The digital key fails to download 99% of the time. When you finally get it to download, it uninstalls itself after a few days and then you can't get it to download again. Because Toyota only gave us one key (been waiting for 6 months for the second) the digital key is necessary. However it is completely unreliable. All this technology would be cool if it actually worked.

IF RENTING DONT DOWNLOAD APP
I rented this car for a remote job and it wouldn't let me use the navigation system ported from my iPhone. It lead me to believe if I did sign up I would be able to use this useless screen as navigation. I quickly and accidentally gave them access to my contacts because I was trying to not get in an accident. And then after all the effort they said this feature is not available for me. Now Toyota has collected all my data for no reason. F you Toyota!
