Cashback and interest on poor interface
1% cashback and 4% interest is nice, but why can't you manage to display prices reasonably, as if there is a volatility interruption or a trading stop in the corresponding security. By the reasonable display of the prices I don't mean strong price fluctuations, but that the price if you don't press it, for example, has value X and is in the plus, but if you then press on the scale, the value suddenly has Y and is then in the red. I have been trading with TR for a long time and am also satisfied in principle, but in the beginning it was done sensibly, why this bad interface with the missing information?

Actually okay. Get along with the menus. But what is annoying is that I don't have to wait for every 2. start of the app initially gets a black screen. Only after swiping away from the app history does it work again for once.

problems
Hi, I only have problems with the app, everything has really become bad you can't always trade, prices are displayed incorrectly. Today, for example, I have not been able to trade derivatives for hours and that on a day like today. Really cruel and call themselves Bank App. You can't reach anyone there either, e-mails are not answered. I'm still trying to assert claims for damages and then I'm away from this app that has gone bad. I could only be annoyed with the store.

Some errors
Unfortunately, not error-free. In the overview, my stock investments are not displayed at all, only in the portfolio and here also quite confusing. A lot of company information is only in French.

Poor customer service
I tried to create an account and when I tried to enter my ID I got an error, it told me to contact support. After writing many emails, I always received the same copy-pasted reply. I tried to contact them on social media and they didn't even deign to answer. I really think the app is good but they provide a terrible service.

Currently, the screen remains black when opened. Then the app has to be closed, only on the 2nd login is everything displayed.
