Transit • Subway & Bus Times - Latest Quality Issues
Android

The data is erroneous and unreliable. It offers trains while the latter are cancelled. Being on the station platform I tested it in real life. Sorry but not convinced

Unbelievable
I was waiting for the bus and a lady and bus driver were arguing!!!

App is not accurate on when the bus gets here. Says that it should be here any minute but it doesn't come for another 20 minutes..
Android

Atrociously inaccurate more often than not. GPS symbols of incredible wrong and need you to believe the buses are either much closer or much further away than they actually are. Of course it doesn't help that the COTA bus system provides appallingly bad service and routinely runs late or isut doesn't show up at all, but this app is very little help in actually helping you get where you're going. Other reviews that say the app automatically eliminates viable routes prematurely are correct as well

Not helpful
This app causes me stress and gives misinformation. And customer support is a joke. I wrote in to ask how to increase the volume of the speaker. I was asked to send screenshots of the “error.” Send screenshots of low volume. How about you read my question? I am presently waiting for a train that Transit says will be here to find that it was cancelled over an hour ago. And there are some transit lines that run continuously (Wash DC metro). Yet Transit urges me to “hurry up” bc I might miss a train that comes a every few minutes. I am a premium subscriber, and get no better service than doing the work myself. Seeking a refund…

Not accurate. Because yes.

This app use to be really good. But since the March system update the rout8nf times have been wrong. I've planned a route and when I plan it it will say 10mins early to my destination time. And by the time the bus picks me up it will change to 20-30 after my destination time.
