When the task is finished, there is no easy marking that it is over as in MS planner. I'm napaying such action tracking.

The account was deleted, all the data 😥 was lost. This company cannot be trusted, it dances to the tune of the gentlemen.

Current version completely broke checklists. Unusable on android. Will have to switch to an alternative.

I've been using Trello for many years. I have been very pleased and understand that they should have paid for extra services. But not long ago they updated, and after that it has been difficult to sort things in Checklists. If you drag something to the middle, for example, it lands in there, but at the top. You have to do it several times when it settles where you want. I also tried to find a place in the app where I could report this, but they have made it too complicated.

Checklists can neither be deleted nor archived after update (which would also be nonsense). No write protection for checklists. Screen is rotated although not set that way.

Generally Good
Trello is probably the best implementation of kanban boards. It started as a very simple and fast UI experience in the early days, and it has matured with great new features. But the age and maturity (and new ownership by Atlassian maybe) has also added some unneeded clunkiness to the experience. I would like to see the following addressed with simplified design, 1. On the mobile app, I would like to hide the tab bar — some of us use Trello without teams and don't need quick access to what the tabs provide. Make it hidden in a menu or somewhere on the Boards tab. Or let me customize tabs to be board specific or hide some tabs. The thinking is make mobile Trello more boards friendly and less everything else. 2. Can we get collapse lists on mobile too 3. On a mac, it would be great if Trello didn't show every possible option when a board is open (see the top bar wit all the buttons). Let's focus on the opened board instead of access to everything to get out of it. 4. It would be great if Trello didn't show a placeholder list column to add new list on a board. Show a button or something more subtle. Once a board is set up, this placeholder list column looks like a ghost column and is a distraction from the actual lists. 5. We have been on a horizontal lists format for a while now. Can we also add some vertical structure—I am thinking having a row of lists, like a matrix. If that's too complex, maybe just one row above or below the lists. Think Triage and Waiting columns that are not part of the daily flow. 6. On a card, can we get something that puts a on hold status. Then have a custom UI to mark those cards as on hold or even group the on hold cards in a list separately.
