Got cheated
I got cheated by booking thru this app, no customer support email to ask my concern. The customer care executive is do not understand the issue. I lost my money. This is useless. This may work if everything is align, if you have an issue this is useless

I've been scammed by a fraud
I won't tell you where in Osaka, but Koreans I made a mistake in the place where I used a bad trick to get a reservation by deceiving the number of people and getting an additional payment on the spot, so I paid a huge amount of extra money on the day and stayed. I wondered if I made a mistake, so I turned it over, looked back, and reported it again, but it was cleverly different from the picture, and when I made a reservation, I changed it to a one-person room, and I got extra money while acting on the spot for 2 people. Just in case, when I passed the lobby, I heard the same tone and a different I was getting an extra fee from Koreans for booking for 1 person in the same way, and I was changing it to 2 people. I'm really. I paid this kind of money to stay in this kind of room on weekdays in the off-season, and from the first day of my trip to Japan, I was really smashed haha
