What’s with GMT?
I mostly love TripIt Pro, but every once in a while, while adding an event or restaurant (in the US), the app will set the time zone as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Which Is In England!! Not useful. I can't find a way to manually correct it. You would think an app smart enough to find the address of a restaurant by looking up its name would be smart enough to assign the correct time zone to that address. Most annoying. Anyone have a solution for this? It's happened to me several times.

Will never go pro
The app works 75% of the time to parse and extract pertinent data correctly from forwarded confirmation emails. The other 25% of the time you have to do editing. Something you can see quite clearly and understand will get mangled by their parser. Worse, sometimes you'll get the shrug off email “Something went wrong” and nothing will be added to your trip. The app fits my purposes. But I can't imagine paying for the pro version when it just fails so often.

Adding email addresses fails and only works through support. The API link to the packing list app also fails.

This used to be a great app. Now it seems very broken. Email syncing disabled and disappeared from settings, sharing returns a connectivity error, the save button often doesn't work on several pages, and I can't login to the website. I'll be looking for an alternative.

It’s okay
It only pulls the trip legs that it wants to. If you want to add flights (i.e. flight reservations made directly with southwest, it won't pull them over) I'm sure the ‘premium' is better, but one is still inundated with ads, so I'll keep looking.

Please add cost option
Please add a way to include costs for any travel segment - airfare, hotel, ground transportation, food, etc.

Probably my best app. Clever and useful. NOT ANY MORE. This was the case, not any more. Changes to require login protections on the app have made it useless. It hangs up, even using FB or Google alternatives to login. I have tried unin and reinstalling, useless . It remains OK via website. I need this on my phone, readily available. After years of use, the best app ever is now useless. So sad. So infuriating. So pointless. I still hope to edit this post.....
