Horrible app. Been trying to use it for months (regular truck renter) and not even once did it work, constant "error occurred". Would 0 if possible.

Terrible after hours
Anytime I try to use the app, and now even the site, I'm unable to login. I then have to wait 30 min on the phone to speak to someone just to have them try what I already did. I have had to use U-Haul 3-4 times in the last year and it's unfortunate I don't have any other option of moving stuff bc I wouldn't use U-Haul again.

for months the app has not let me sign in, or return my stuff. if that changes ill update my rating because it used to be pretty seamless otherwise.

The system has issues. Sends me text that I have additional bill due I understand there should be about 3 dollars toll. But can't get access to the bill to pay, and it can't find the location rented from. In addition, no credit for the unused mileage I didn't drive. FIX YOUR SYSTEM
