Basic functionality of this app is broken again. If my employer didn't require it, it would be looong gone. Pitiful really, the competence level in creating this app and don't even get me started on your program for PC. Last update Oct 31? Is this abandonware?

Useless app. Devs don't know a$$ from hole in ground. Can't even submit for 30 minute of PTO. Gotta do an hour at a time lmfao, what a terrible system

My company just switched to UKG and it was okay to start (I personally prefer the previous system, but that's besides the point), but now I can't even log in to punch in and out. Gives me a message saying something about internet connection (which is working totally fine). I have to keep this app... but it needs to improve big time.

App never works. Maybe 10 percent of the time it works. I can never see my time card. I can't request time off. I don't know what the issue is with this but my experience sucks.

Worst app on my phone
This app causes me to be “late” at least 2x/week. Every day it takes minimum 3 tries before I can actually get a code texted to my phone to allow me to complete the clock-in process. This results in me having to arrive at work even earlier than I already do. Even deleting the app & reinstalling hasn't helped. For what it's worth, my iPhone's software is up-to-date & I have full signal strength/am in wifi when trying to clock in. Every other app on my phone works perfectly fine - except this one.
