It kicked me out. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Changed password. No luck. Tried to recreate a new account. & it will not allow me to use NONE of the promo codes. Therefore, I can not create an account. What going on?

Takes wayyy too long to withdraw funds
This betting app is the only one that takes DAYS to withdraw your funds…they have no problem INSTANTLY taking your money when u deposit but will make u wait days to receive funds that u won on the app…I use to get my funds at most 15mins after I would request a withdraw but now it takes at LEAST 4 days for u to receive ur winnings…Who wants to wait 4 days to receive their winnings? Then i contacted customer support who were NO HELP in getting information on why it was taking so long or an estimated time when i would get my funds…HORRIBLE customer service!

Scam like app
Terrible app that doesn't let you withdraw your money. They don't connect to a bank or Venmo. They do what most scams do, use PayPal. They also us inter checks, which also seems fishy. Customer service non existent

Avoid this app
I placed a $20 bet closed the app and went back to it 2 hours later and couldn't sign back in. They said they permanently banned my account for no reason. I reached out to customer support and they were no help and left me on seen when I asked what can I do to get my money back because they blocked my account hours before the game started. I tried two different ways to reach out to them and nothing. Don't waste your time.

I thought coming from draft kings and other apps that this would be a better experience not having to play against professionals, BUT it's not even close. This company is the PROFESSIONAL you try to avoid & is built to win just like a casino as the props are unwinnable most times. I figured some props would be patted or fall short by allot but most times the props are calculated by some fantasy tool already predicting the outcome so the props usually break even or you lose !! Save your money !!!
