Worst app ever
Continuous problem logging in. Even creating a new password is a problem. Such a big company with such a bad app. Unbelievable. After major app update UPS app: remains a crappy app. Error message after error message, cumbersome, 100x enroll questions and making a change? Well good luck. DHL/GLS and PostNL can develop a user-friendly app.

The login feature just doesn't work, and the password reset is "having technical difficulties." Meanwhile the website works still, except I have to uninstall this app to get to UPS My Choice, otherwise it just auto-launches this piece of trash.

Not user-oriented
Unfortunately extremely annoying to use, e.g. to show different types of errors (in the form or popup); shipment history of low-speaking status updates; and in which pickup point the package is now located is also not visible in the app. (Where can I find this information? Is it really only on the note that may have disappeared from my mailbox?) I think there is a lot that can be optimized on both the app and the systems in the background to make the experience more pleasant for users.

Hopelessly bad app that doesn't communicate changes in delivery preference that the user chooses with the driver who drops off the package.

This app and parcel services is completely terrible. This services is a huge waste of time, even locally. Promises updates on track. What a big joke. I had been tracking my package for nearly a week. And still I get stagnant process. Do not rely on this parcel service.

Someone got paid to design this ????
Possibly THE most frustrating and useless apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. Baffling even at times. I particularly like the ‘tracking' feature, it tells you when your package will be delivered within a 3 hour time slot , but is actually totally wrong and inaccurate by days in my case. My parcel is apparently being delivered to my UK home address tomorrow morning, but upon double checking , it's actually still in Hong Kong, so they'll have to be going some!! All in all, a total waste of time . I think UPS stands for Useless Parcel Service

Very bad app. "You can change the delivery, go to (UPS my choice)" which then sends you back to the app and you can't do anything at all. But the solution is simple, go to (UPS my choice), which then accesses the app again...... Do you notice yourself what? As soon as UPS is listed as a supplier next time, I will prefer to cancel. Is less stress than the rondell from a customer service (why didn't they change it?) no idea

No way to see how many stops away a package is. You are just given a rather large delivery window and no updates between "Out for delivery" and "Delivered". Tracking info is slow to update. Mailing packages is also very expensive. Overall use Amazon over UPS if you can help it.
