Used to be good, now it won't even open. All I get is an error message saying to try again even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It sucks because just to view my accounts, I have to uninstall the app and then go through my browser making the app quite useless.

Forgets my login info regularly. was using this app to pay off a credit card when the payment was lost? but it certainly left my bank account just fine. they refused a refund.

Pending transaction
I am disappointed that my payment or withdrawals transaction's are pending for five days or more. My balance is not true balance. I think I have x amount of cash and here comes a old transaction which I thought had cleared is pending with a decrease balance.

Beneficiaries/Payable On Death
One of the worst banking institutions I've ever used. Not only are their rates abysmal, you can't even add payable on death to your accounts without going through a complex process of calling their service center to get ahold of someone who even knows what payable on death means. Take your money elsewhere with better rates.

Something is missing
After 25 years I feel that something is missing. USAA still has great products but the people, customer service is not the same as earlier years. The enthusiasm of a customer service representative to help, to go above and beyond is not there anymore. “Sorry to see you leave and where should we mail your check”, was the response I received from a representative when I mentioned that I was only considering to leave the banking service. It was a quick and cold response. I didn't expect her to beg me to stay, but if I had decided to leave after 25 years it would have been an easy decision. I remember recommending service members to USAA various products and services. I have to say that I have not done that in a while. The sad thing is that I have experienced better from USAA. It's time to do better again, USAA.

Insurance is going downhill
USAA used to be top of the game and I fear no longer. I am on day 14 of my claim and still haven't even seen the shop for repairs. Additionally, I have texted twice for a call back on this app and have left three voice messages for a call back. I finally left (3 days ago) a message for the supervisor to call me. Each time, USAA says they will return your call within 24 hours yet no response. The people you do get ahold of, won't/refuse to help you with your claim because you need to speak with to claim adjuster assigned. Adjuster refuses to call back or answer questions so I ask for a different adjuster. Nope, only the adjuster or supervisor can change your adjusters. So logically call for supervisor. It's been 3 days since my request and I am told to be patient, they will call me back.

Cannot manage who I can send money to, doesn't allow me to remove old accounts. Where is the option for that?
