All in all it’s a good application
It's easy to use and does what you want an app to do. That said , it now sends notifications that your e statements are available, with no way to turn these notifications off. The app contains a whole lot of advertising, again a nuisance. Other than that I like what I see.

Absolute Consruction
Your problem resolution is horrible. Your representatives lie, then create more problems, more waiting on hold, plus more waiting on hold without telling me where they're sending me or who I'm supposed to talk to. You're making Wells Fargo look really good right now. I also need to get my limit doubled at the very least as 5k is not adequate for a construction company

Unhappy as to Mobile Deposit
Starting 2 weeks ago all the sudden my mobile deposit request was rejected for process only one type of deposit; deposit my corporate checks to my individual account. I contacted customer service and also visited Gardena office but it was not solved. It is very inconvenient if I must go to branch office to deposit my corporation checks to my individual account each time.

Please Add The Balance Widget Back
This happened last time I updated this app, I lost the very important widget that displays an account balance. The widget for whatever that Zelle stuff us, still remains. But the only widget worth having in my opinion is always removed in updates. That's why I never update this app if I can help it. Would you please release an update that adds back the widget that shows an account balance please? That's so much easier than having to login into the application every time. I can just swipe over to the far left and see my current balance with that widget. Please, please with much sugar on top, would you add back the balance widget to the US Bank application? Thank you very much if you would, I would be very grateful.

Love Zelle but not liking the new banking format. I don't like not being able to pay every other month on Bill Pay

Ease of use!
I never have issues using the US Bank app. Mobile deposits were great. As opposed to your new bill payment product. Several issues with the new product. No easy totaling page. Only pay 5 bills at a time. Previous version much better!

Depositing checks on this app is a truly horrific, time wasting ordeal that no human being should ever be subjected to. I'm sorry if you, like me, are stuck with this service. US bank customer service is wonderful, but this app makes paper check depositing just awful.

Used to love this app. Unfortunately with the latest update I can't access transaction history. I just get the spinning wheel.
