Alerts at 3am!
I get alerts at 3am that I have some mail coming the next day but zero visibility into what it is, etc. I get mail everyday I don't need alerts with no info as to what it is or why it's worth an alert that wakes me up!

Not ready for prime time
Sender is never identified; other apps do this as a matter of course. Constant crashing of the app makes it almost useless.

Opens Snapchat and Pinterest
When I click on schedule a pickup it opens up Snapchat and Pinterest for some insane reason. Doesn't stay signed into your account. The usps webpage is better than this app.

App works fine ever since the past few updates buffed out the bugs. Wish I wasn't asked to rate the app after doing so like 3 times.

Crashes Constantly
I used to love this app but it's worthless now. It crashes constantly on both my iPhone (SE 2020 with iOS 17.4.1) and my iPad (8th gen, updated to latest iOS). I can't use it anymore so I just go on the web to check tracking for my packages. I've deleted and reinstalled the app on both my devices and nothing helps. It looks like the app hasn't been updated in at least a year. I guess nobody at the USPS realizes that iOS is always being updated and your app just got left in the dust. I guess I will delete the app and use the web, at least until the Post Office gets their technology act together.

Really great, BUT…
The one thing this app is seriously missing is an ability to automatically login when you launch it! I mean, how hard is that??? Every single time I open this app I have to log in. These days, just about every app in the market automatically logs you in, and it's not a stretch to expect it from every app. I like knowing what mail, what package, is coming. It's golden! But have to login every time? Really??? Get with it USPS!
