Over a year later with new app and still does not support my 403(b) account. Why take away the old app which while clunky looking at least supported my accounts?

Good application with decent but with one annoying UX

Please, please /STOP/ asking whether customer wants to enable faceID based authentication on each login. I am NOT interested. I login multiple times a week and I am very much irritated with the prompt each time. There is no settings available to control such prompt. Who was the product manager that imposed such requirement? Simply have no understanding of a good customer experience. Customer knows how to access settings to enable / disable such option per their convenience and interest. Kindly fix!
