Feel like I got conned
Sold a valuable dress in next to perfect condition & sale cancelled as inspector said item had spots & yellow staining neckline & armpits & an odour. The odour was fabric freshener which we use on all our clothes as it's beautiful & got the idea off an item we purchased from VC as it smelt beautiful. Can only find one very faint spot & a small one which was not there prior to shipping. Took dress to a process dry cleaners & they can't see any staining where stated other than spots which said possibly tiny makeup or coffee spots. Dress was beautifully & safely boxed when shipped & returned all crushed in a DHL satchel so very poor form. To add insult to injury, had to pay close to $600 customs fee to get it back. Don't recommend using this mob, not my 1st problem & if you do, photograph it & video it as think it's a bit of a con.

I find it abusive that I only receive 8 euros from a pair of trousers that I put up for sale, whose retail price is 21 euros. They keep more than half of the money from the garments that you put up for sale and send out with your efforts. No platform I know of charges you such exorbitant fees. Also, you have to be careful because many users are scammers

TERRIBLE! AVOID
Placed 3 orders. All were cancelled by VC after ane extended period of time, after they claimed item wasn't available. Last order- 6 days passed without any order confirmation or update. Absolutely worthless company. Don't know how they stay in business. AVOID! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Don’t get what you ordered
Never again with this app. I ordered a handbag waited about 10 days for the seller to ship or respond. The seller let me know finally that they had “shipped” the bag. But no tracking number updates or anything… I feel like it's too easy to get scammed. I never got the item I ordered. You are dealing with the sellers personally. I will stick with better shopping apps were you do not deal with the sellers personally. No guarantee you get what your order…

I installed the app when I saw the bourgeois prices I thought hallucinated I was looking for cargo pants it's overpriced while on vinted you can find them at 10€ the it's not the case we saw where we landed it's rupin frankly maybe you should lower the prices because I don't know if you're awake or in a coma but it's the crisis 😡😡😡😡 it's abused
