As per other reviews, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. For over $400 per night, we expected better. The layout of the house is nice, but upon arrival.... there were dirty white towels in the washer; the garbage can in the kitchen was broken; there were wet pool towels that were just rolled up and set in the hamper; the dishes in the cupboards were obviously not washed (lip marks on glasses, grease prints on both dishware and glasses); and more. Would not stay again.

Just so you know. The host can agree to a full refund with a VRBO agent on the line, promise a full refund. NOT follow through keep the $ and VRBO will do NOTHING even with a recording and case ID. VRBO is an outright scam. Use the competing app for vacation rentals. There are supposedly no "managers" in this company. RUN away from VRBO if you want a safe place to stay. As a guest I have 5 star reviews. I have never experienced this with any other company

Don’t ever book with VRBO. I would rate them with negative stars if I could.
VRBO is a scam and shares personal information to third parties without explicit consent. They exist to simply take our hard earned money and take zero responsibility to resolve issues. In comparison Airbnb is way better. Take your business elsewhere.

Listing are difficult to add
I have tried to add a second location to my listing TWICE and each time it sets it up as a separate listing on a different email address. My VRBO listing is extremely difficult to manage. I'm going to delete the second listing for the second time. Frustrated!!!!

Can no longer sign into the app and see saved locations!! Worked just fine the other day before the update.
