I'm having trouble downloading my movies in high quality. It just automatically picks standard. Even with my wi-fi on. I also have a lot of issues downloading in general it stops and never proceeds even when I press resume download. I also have the option for cellular over wi-fi, so it should continue, but it doesn't. I also have an issue where I can't select the quality by streaming without downloads. I'm enjoying the app, but it desperately needs a few bugs fixed.

On my TV I can click on individual episodes but on app on phone have to start at 0 and fast forward even though your supposed to be able click on episode and pres watch free with adds but after you click free with adds it then another small free prompts you click but won't let you so on any show you have to fast forward all the way to where you left off and watch all the ads again. Definitely recommend Netflix. It doesn't even give the option of showing continue watching or where you left off

When I open the app a gray screen is displayed on my tablet. The app works on my phone.

Ever since becoming Fandango they ruined app
Ever since becoming Fandango at Home they completely ruined the App for Apple devices. It no longer works. It freezes up in just opening. If when I try to download a movie it freezes up and does nothing. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device and it just got worse. The change from Vudu to Fandango at Home has completely destroyed the best movie app ever and turned it into garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suddenly can't watch anything. I have 50+ movies & shows and I've tried almost half. It tells me "unable to start playback, please try again or contact fandango". I've never had this problem before is something down? I've force stopped, un-installed and restarted my phone, anything else I can do?

New interface is ridiculously slow and lags. Also, constant issues with the app telling me that it can't play the video I've selected due to a playback issue, even on downloaded videos.

I'm unable to watch my purchased TV shows on the app. I called the Customer support line twice and the first time they just hung up on me. The second time I'm trying to get a question answered and they hung up on me again. What is Customer Services problem?
