Absolutely Awful and 30 day money back is a scam
I tried the app and found it annoying and extremely unproductive. I asked to cancel 2 days after I bought 1 month and to get my refund. I was told that I didn't buy it within 10 minutes of their offer so the money back guarantee was void. Cancelling in the app doesn't stop the subscription and they'll keep charging me if I don't specifically send them a cancellation email…you only find that out if you contact customer service. They specifically said they wouldn't give me my money back but offered a year of free service if I didn't cancel, however I still would get charged if I didn't send a cancellation email. I didn't agree to this and demanded a full refund. They didn't respond and instead sent me a new subscription.

Don't do this app. They say oh here is a free trial. But it's not at all then when you cancel they don't refund you!! Find an app that is true to what they say. I would've gave ZERO if I could have

Don’t subscribe
I was looking forward to using this app but after using it for a few days I found that it was similar to an app I already have that's cheaper. After paying for 3 months I decided to cancel it but after trying several different attempts it will not let me unsubscribe. I hope it doesn't charge me for another 3 months. I have sent many emails to you to cancel my subscription and I've followed instructions sent to me but still can't cancel my subscription. This app seems like a scam to me.

Does not record steps even after syncing Fitbit
Does not record steps properly. I synced my Fitbit and do 10,000 steps a day but this app tells me I'm only doing around 1500 so I always miss my goals. What's the point of syncing the Fitbit if it doesn't recognise the steps done

Not bad, but not worth the money.
This is the kind of app that would benefit from ads after, or before workouts. I can't use this app, because it doesn't fit into my budget. I would rather look up the same workouts for free on YouTube, and subscribe to something more beneficial, like Lose It. This is a waste of time, and money. I have used this app before, my fiancé, and I use her account, but she is ready to cancel as well. Don't bother, go on YouTube, and find videos you can watch for free. If these guys had ads, I would do it. That's why I am learning languages on Duolingo, and not Babbel, ads make my life, and budget, easier to manage!

I am unable to cancel my purchase 3 days ago of monthly subscription. I am bipolar and impulsive buy. Now they want another 5 dollars added to my initial PayPal account purchase. PayPal is sending me back to you people.

App doesn't sync with phone and doesn't count steps accurately. To the point there is a 2000+ discrepancy. Contacted customer support. No reply. App cancelled and refund requested.

I find this app very useless. It doesn't do more than other free apps. But for whatever reason, you take out an app for €39.70 per month. This price is neither justified, nor is the customer clearly informed about it. The app also does not appear in the Google Play Store. A different company is at the time of the debit. It was only through an internet search that I was able to cancel the subscription. You should treat your customers fairly and the app doesn't do that.
