You need to check ID for drivers at pick up cause I have coming some random guy, not the lady that it's supposed to be delivering my goods and it's a guy a very curious guy checking my stuff, my kids are around I don't think it's funny see a guy expired Texas plates that don't Mach the description of the vehicle that is supposed to deliver my goods

After delivering an order, customers sometimes reduce or cancel their tip, leaving me with significantly less than expected. This feels like fraud and is completely unfair. Wal-Mart needs to address this issue immediately. It's unacceptable for us to be left with reduced earnings due to "unconfirmed tips. There should also be a percentage of the customer's tip reduction. This would be more fair, otherwise this is fraud.

Need to update app to scan IDs for alcohol orders, this would be much quicker. Also, the confirm arrival should be removed, we already say "yes, I'm here", and sometimes the pin is wrong and we can't complete the order. This is very frustrating!

Garbage app has a bunch of issues while using it. Second doesn't matter if you do your best work, they deactivate you without notice or a why??? Almost 4 weeks & havent gotten word what was the problem for deactivation. Dont waste your time with them period They'll deactivate you in a blink of an eye. ZERO STARS!!!
