Horrible. Frequently crashes, freezes or doesn't load. Using an S23, so it's not the phone. Only convenience store app that doesn't let you punch your phone number in at the register. Quickchek, 7-11 and Royal Farms all have superior apps.

Wawa is great, the app is garbage. Takes too long to open, i just want to scan and check out

Good app, but docked 2 stars … probably only food app I have on my phone where you can't just look at/peruse their menu. You have to actually start an order. Seriously!? 👎

Registration process did not work tried 5 times with Facebook login option offered Gmail option offered had to give up. Wow kinda bummed wasted 20 minutes hope it gets fixed.

There's no place on the application to request a refund. I placed an online order during normal business hours at my local Wawa. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store was closed and the doors were locked. So now I'm out $16 for food I never even received. If they're able to refund me my money, I'll update this review. Otherwise, I'd recommend steering clear of this app.

Only reason I have one star is because the response time is horrible if they even respond. This has been several times over the past year or more

This app is absolute trash. Can't even sign up without it crashing. It's actual garbage

CONSTANT GLITCHES!!!!!! I have been attempting to use the rewards on gas and food as well as using the one time promo coupons but every single time I try to redeem something it tells me my “payment method is invalid” or “I can't use this promo at this time” after I've already purchased the item forcing me to pay full price for something I probably wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for the discount that was falsely advertised. Whenever I try to use the gas rewards it tells me my payment method is invalid and then removes $175 from my bank account which can take days to be returned, on top of the gas I am now buying at full price. Its gotten to the point now I feel Wawa is tricking me into making these purchases with fake promotions. One star because reward points from purchases usually work fine but not on gas rewards which is what I want to use the most!!!!! Not sure if these issues are limited to me but very disappointed in my favorite gas station/ spot to get lunch. I will be going elsewhere for food and gas until these issues are fixed because at this point I've been scammed out of $100+ in the past 2months because of these glitches.
