Why change something that made sense?
I hate the new Wayfair app. It doesn't allow you to separate furniture the way it used to before. Why would Wayfair change the way furniture was separated into specific areas and now it is all generalized? It makes zero sense. I hate this new feature.

I like wsyfair but this app just nags you to sign in. Very intrusive. Will not use again.

After restarting the app 10 times and holding to confirm I am not a robot 37 times, I still couldn't place my order and had to utilize the web browser instead. I would willingly pay double from Amazon to not have to ever use this app again.

I have a promo 10% I couldn’t find saving promo
It's not right for customers, I could've been saved $26 and change.

I had a terrible time adding a credit card for payment. Ended up using PayPal since that's all that would work.

Only downloaded the app to use the promo code. App continues to tell me the promo code for downloading the app is invalid. :( Prices and products are great tho.

Company is a disaster! I ordered a chair from their website and paid expedited shipping. 3 days after chair was supposed to arrive, I finally got a hold of someone at Wayfair to get an answer. I was told a chair was reordered. Waited 2 more days, still nothing, called again. Was told my package would get a label or something to be picked up for shipping the next day. So my 2 day shipping was going to take 2 weeks with no explanation. Typical customer service that can't solve a problem.
