Decent app and deals
App is stream lined, I do wish it'd ask for the restaurant location I'm wanting to order from. And it needs the option to say no ice on the drinks. I have to ask for no ice at the speaker and am still given ice about half the time.

You are unknowingly charged twice the amount disclosed to you for delivery fee. This way, they can ensure that they're giving you a "deal" when you redeem the $0 delivery fee for x amount purchase offer on the app! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY DELIVERY ORDERS WITH THIS APP UNLESS YOU USE YOU LIKE PHANTOM CHARGES!! If this a crime, I recommend legal action against Wendy's!

The rewards system is a scam I tried to use my points for a free crispy chicken sandwich and they said they couldn't scan the QR code and couldn't give me the discount what a joke.

It takes too long to load and it requires logging in too frequently. Not able to use biometrics to log in. It is generally inconvenient.

This app is terrible. At least 50% of the time I don't receive my points when the QR code is scanned in the restaurant.

App is slow, can't even see all the menus at all times, and yet even after an app rework I STILL don't have any options to make a drink have no ice, causing me to have to ask at the drive thru, and then they still put ice in my drink anyways.
