Horrible experience
Horrible experience left me with incorrect order. Today I downloaded the Wingstop app and order two chicken combos through the app. When I got home and opened my food I realized the second combos wasn't in the bag but instead a 10pc. Spicy boneless wig. This is unacceptable. As a first time experience I'm highly dissatisfied with the poor quality service.

All stores closed?
It's been 4 months and the app won't let me order anything because it says all stores are temporarily closed? I've reinstalled multiple times checking new updates and still broken. I'll stick to just calling the location it's not like you get any benefits or rewards from using the app.

Can’t place an order??
I've been placing orders on the app for months but for the last several weeks, I haven't been able to. Every time I try, I get the error message “We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again.” I have tried every card in my Apple Pay, I have tried manually inputting my card information, and I have even tried using the “pay in restaurant” button but all of them give me the same message. I wouldn't be this upset except Wingstop takes forever and it's inconvenient to order in person and wait 20 minutes for my food. What's worse is I tried to submit a complaint on the Wingstop website but every option requires an order number. I don't have an order number to give because it won't let me place one. Someone do something about this please?

Birthday reward unavailable, customer support is awful
My birthday is today and I was hoping to find my birthday reward in the app but found nothing. I went to contact support on the website but there are very few options relating to my concern and everyone I emailed kept turning me away.

Late Wrong order
We ordered food for delivery which said delivered, but did not come until we called door dash to notify them about the situation. We waited and waited and finally it came 30 minutes later. When we opened to see the food our order was incorrect and when we called Wingstop to inquire about our missing food they were very dismissive.

All still broken
Won't let me sign in with my email address. The app says that it's not valid. Yet I have had the email address since 2001. Over the last 3 years, I have tried to reach out to corporate to get the problem fixed, but it just falls on deaf ears.
