Certain stores say free shipping, but when you actually try to place an order, the shipping is not free. When you inquire about the reason to customer support, they will answer you with a makeshift lie that will be found out immediately. Wolt is a company that does all these scams.

Terrible application, do not download and do not use it please. This is the worst app of all. Let's tell you why. First of all, the delivery is very long, you will wait for at least an hour, mostly an hour and a half. Secondly, couriers do not even deliver the order, but sit in cars to give the order. You have to leave the house to pick up the order, look for a car. Thirdly, while waiting for an order, the status "will arrive in 20m" can be for several hours. Fourthly, the order may not arrive at all.

Unreliable
App works well, but the company does not. When orders are being very late, no compensation or whatsoever. The time of the order is deliberatly hidden so you cannot hang to easily it when you complain. Wrong food being delivered. Delivery fees and some extra fees being charged even I was a Wolt+ subscriber. Overall, they protect themselves but the customer does not feel nearly equally protected, they are terribly organised and unreliable.

Slow delivery compared to other apps
Messages to customers are also slow to respond, and the language is probably foreign. Anxiety.

Very expensive app, it takes 2 to 5€ each order plus delivery fee, I don't recommend it,

The application would be very nice BUT!the delivery system fails me its SLOW so take that into consideration before you download. Ps. I will be still using the application

Very bad and incredibly bad customer support, react after 20 minutes and more to the message, for asking the restaurant for example to throw out milk, asking questions on a clear request, but unbelievable. In a nutshell, they're paid, but they're literally worth it. Everyone in the order, Uros, sandra no one serves anything
