Hope
I hope the navigation in app (when click) will be more faster. I also hope wordUp will have web version ( I'm satisfied with mobile version but sometime PC using is also a good selection instead of alway looking in the mobile screen)

"Continue" button currently not working.
It is an excellent application, however, from time to time a bug happens. The latter is a bug in the "Continue" button currently not working.

I find the app very complete, very entertaining and with all the information you may need (ordered in importance). I've been with it for a couple of weeks and I wanted to give the full version a chance (and hence my 3 stars) I'm in the 7 days trial and several parts are still blocked, after going premium do you have to pay again to have everything available? Or is it that the monthly subscription is not the same as the annual subscription? This makes me reconsider my opinion.

Awful customer service and some hefty bugs
I used to LOVE the app until one day I opened the app and all my data of 6+ months was deleted. I used the app on a daily basis and loved the whole concept which helped me learn tons of words. However, their customer service is horrific! They only know how to respond with generic answers and when they can't solve the issue they basically tell you to sort your self out. I fortunately managed to get a refund and then started looking for a similar app, however, I couldn't find one and weeks later I caved in and re-downloaded the app and started using the free membership. A few days ago I decided to repurchase the app because I wanted to get access to some of the paid features. Unfortunately, when I paid I did not get the pro features because of.. you guess it.. another bug. The customer service team told me I need to relogin, which I did and managed to get the pro features. Next day they were gone again, I had to relogin to get access to them again but then they disappeared again. The customer service team basically told me that relogin once solves the issue for everyone and completely dismissed the fact that it did not help me and they didn't escalate my case to their backend team. They ghosted me so I just requested a refund because of obvious reasons! I am actually going to continue to use the free version as the app has some really good features but the moment I find a better app I will delete Wordup! Unfortunately, the past few days the app has been throwing me out in the middle of learning words. It also doesn't always show me all 4 options when I need to select the right answer so that eats away my 3 hearts per day😒

The app is cool and quite useful, but I really dislike the use of AI. You can't expect me to pay for AI explanations, it just.. feels wrong. There are many amazing artists and people who you could hire to work on art and design and whatnot, so it's a bit disappointing to see the use of AI to the point where it's absolutely filled with nothing but AI images. I am not going to pay for that. I would gladly pay if it was real artists getting paid for their work, but this.. I don't know :// Sorry.
