At first the app was no more then just ok nothing special but it got the job done. After about a year it just became the worst app to use. Now it opens but immediately give you an error once you try to get to the dashboard. Not only is this inconvenient but I see that there have been many comments about this and not once has xfinity responded to any of the feed back given. Overall if I could give a negative star rating I would definitely give this app a negative 5 for being just awful.

Been trying to load this page for 2 weeks now it just keeps crashing . Im also in the ACP program and your still charging me full price when I refill my internet .Whos getting my $30 credit because its not me .Very irritating I enrolled for a reason THANKS XFINITY!!

No issues with the app for the past year until recently. The pages would not load. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. Everything is working well again.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life, has been this internet service, for a year paying for a service that doesn't work, it disconnects only every 5 minutes and leaves you in the air, not even the slightest download speed, and when you call the company they just say, restart the equipment that means you're out of luck a poor quality internet will come back to you for another 5 minutes. And if you schedule a site with an agent, you're going to see that no one comes to the site. Just like that
