Poor review
App does not work! App does not consistently work. I don't know what changed, but the app no longer works for live streaming. The Astros live streaming is continuously blocked. Does ixfinity have an affinity against the Astros or is the app just this bad?

Really, really poor app
Every time there is an Apple update, the Xfinity app breaks…every time. The casting and networking is particularly poor. It generally takes Xfinity weeks to fix it. One time, it took months. The casting capability is really, really, really, really poor. Worst part is when I call for support, they think it is my issue. Every other casting app I have works just great but not Xfinity yet, somehow, it is my issue. Really, really bad customer experience.

Another worthless xfinity app. Home wifi only? Due to licensing? If I'm home, I obviously dont need to stream it on my dang phone. I should be able to connect to xfinity wifi anywhere (that I pay for) and watch the shiws (that I pay for) at a cost of $300 a month. Another customer tired of xfinity. Bye, bye.

App no longer loads on I Pad. I have reloaded app several times but it just will not load. No streaming of shows. Ever since update app has become unusable. Live streaming as well as recorded shows will not load

App crashes after minimizing
While watching the stream app on my iPad iI might want to look up something on the iPad browser. I minimize the app and after maximizing it the app says I can't connect to the stream and it says no guide, no live tv and no available downloads. If I wait a minute or so the app ‘comes live' on its own but otherwise I need to restart the app. Also lately the app keeps making me sign in again with my xfinity username and password. What's up with the new glitches?

Want Detroit Tigers and Red Wings back
Bring back Bally Sports. Pay them, and charge me more for Bally Sports as an add-on. I can decide if it's worth it, not Comcast deciding it isn't worth it. Customer service means providing options to give the Customer what they want.
