I'm so aggravated. for two weeks I've been switching my verizon cells and wifi to xfinity... this is ridiculous. ZERO instructions in package of stuff.

Worst app ever. Trying to activate service and it says "We Lost Connection". That's interesting because I'm posting this review on the same connection and I was able to login to the app with this connection. Way to go guys! You a so authentically yourself right from the start! Comcast is trash and now you're rebranded as Xfinity and still trash. Congrats on being the worst company ever

Absolute Garbage. This is the WORST Internet service I have ever had the displeasure of paying for. Xfinity is the only Internet carrier in my area for residential homes. It is EXTREMELY overpriced and surprisingly spotty. I pay for the gaming wifi version so that I have the speed to game. However the Wi-Fi is out CONSTANTLY and they only schedule appointments 4 days out so I am often without Internet for 2+ days. It is awful and the customer service sucks. Way to expensive for it to never work.

Removing services is a joke. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I never use xfixty cable and can't seem to get any help removing cable. The auto system keeps hanging up on me, and the online help is a joke. I'm not happy that they have raised the price $200 a mouth while on autopay, and they can't seem to help me all of a sudden. This is a total anti customer service. Makes me super mad this is still an allowed tatic used to take advantage of people.
