Required app to expand a review. Shut down the website then! Barely functional online presence. You've been old news anyway since Google local guides. If you don't even let people read reviews you've failed your purpose. If give 0 stars if I could, shame on your families

Fake/insignificant app
Yelp is no longer a place where you can voice your opinion on services. This is an app of fabricated/illegitimate reviews. You can only review how Yelp wants you to review. Why would anyone use yelp? Yelp doesn't want you to be critical of businesses, so don't expect accurate information in the reviews. If you want accurate information, look elsewhere.

We sat down because there was nothing free. They wiped the table with a scary trough. They serve you without any education and to top it all off, the horrible tapas, the worst bravas, seemed to have been made much earlier, because the anchovies were hard, dry and black, with a lot of batter and soft in oil. What a shame with what I like. We left everything behind. Money Roll. We had to look for another place.

Search function is immature hence frustrating. I.e. refine to restaurants and breakfast joints and cafes are in the search. hopeless.

Worst McDonalds in the country
I live in Cleveland and have visited this McDonalds countless times (it's the only one for miles) and I don't think there has been a single time that I've gone where I didn't have to wait upwards of 10-15 mins to get my food. They are always short staffed (probably because of poor management, have people there who don't know how to work the equipment (again poor management) and almost always get your order wrong. I was recently told to go wait in a take out spot after having gone through the drive thru with literally no one else in the line. 10 mins later still no food so I just left. I then called the manager and she kept making excuses as to why they were short staffed, never apologized for my experience and when I asked her for the management company's contact info, she hung up. NEVER GO THERE! I will definitely follow up with the management company and as you can see they have one of the worst ratings on Yelp.

2.50 to 3.00 is normal but 3.50 for tea 1 cup is abusive and crooked.

Does Yelp have OUR back?
Overall I enjoy Yelp as an app. It's entire purpose is to allow users rate businesses so the travelers and communities can get info they need to make choices on which places to consider spending their hard earned dollars. BUT when I pointed out to Yelp that a reviewer posted a very bad review on a NEW business complaining about a dish that WASNT EVEN ON THEIR MENU … Yelp REFUSED to remove it!!!! What the heck? This kind of thing can be highly detrimental to a new business and Yelp reviewed my email and actually said they were going to let that review stand! Way to have our new businesses back Yelp! Shame on you!
