Really disappointed. I'm not affiliated or benefit from saying this: FitCoach app is 10 times better. I only signed up for this to use somatic yoga, and was disappointed. The exercises are not balanced on the left and right side of the body, it skips sides. The timing is off, it jumps from one position to the other with no time to gracefully change position, instructions are incomplete or wrong. You have to keep looking at the screen. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Money grabbing - STAY AWAY!
I was 1 day late at cancelling renewal and ended up paying £38 which I can't afford, they would not refund or even partially refund but would give me access to the app for a year!!!! Suggests this is seriously overpriced in the first place. just because you have a refund policy doesn't mean your hands are tied…..lesson learned here…..there is not enough Yoga in the world that could help with the stress of this situation!

Customer service non existent and they put you in a subscription service without your knowledge. They charge your card without notice, they put you in a subscription and charge your card. You contact them on multiple occasion after CANCELLING the subscription and they do not respond. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

I received NO notification this app was renewing (thought I had the auto-renew turned off) and on the same day they took $75 they won't refund it. I'm currently unemployed, and for longer than I anticipated, and my husband is disabled. This literally took our grocery money for the next 2 weeks. Super lousy customer service to not allow refunds when they don't even warn you they are taking your money. To top it off, I wasn't even using the app. Maybe used it two or three times tops.

Helpful, but...
Basically well-made app with versatile exercises. Unfortunately, various transitions are poorly or not programmed. Language and exercises sometimes do not match. In addition, certainly a detail, language-savvy fellow human beings notice various linguistic errors.

This app was downloaded and paid for by my galaxy S10. I didn't even know it happened until my PayPal was charged. Beware! I haven't received a refund.
