Woeful customer support paid for a subscription and showed proof of it not working properly they keep saying weekly they're looking into it been from November... Taking the pss now Can't see all the swipes like j should!

Doesn't work. I get no matches (ever) no matter what I tweak or adjust, something is broken in the app or else they don't make it clear if there are more steps to complete.

Advertising everywhere
Don't get this app if you don't like ads. For every single feature you have to look at an advertisement, you can't even see who has added you or who wants to be friends with you. For everything you have to look at advertising, just bad the app. garbage. 👎

The application is interesting in itself, the people are nice for the most part, and you meet great people. The big problem is that you don't see any reaction from people if you don't put your hand in your wallet, you only see one friend request out of 50 and you have to pay (or watch 60 ads) to see just one of the people who add you. So, apart from the people you would add, you will make very few friends. Reviewing the system would be good I think.

I Got banned for nothing
I got banned for something I did not do, and I tried to reach out for yubo to review the ban, but I got nothing, nothing at all. I was banned for 2 week, mind you this is the first time I've ever been banned in 4years of being on this app. 2weeks is insane
