They don't have the REAL stock
They don't update the inventory of the garments, it has happened to me 2 times that a garment appears in an available size and they let me add it to the shopping cart and pay for it and then it doesn't arrive and when I write to the chat they just say that they don't have stock, after waiting for my purchase for several weeks, I waste my time and my money because then it's just another delay in paying the money back. I don't recommend buying either here or on the page.

As of 15.05.204, I cannot log in to my account through the app, but I can enter it through Safari without any problems, I do not have a problem with the phone on the internet I use, but every time I want to log in to the Zara App application, I get a warning that there seems to be something wrong, I talked to customer service about the issue, but I did not get any results. Sorry :(

The most unethical app. Don't have exchange option and can only return items. Then they take more than a month to refund the money that too after deducting a certain amount

Express delivery does not work
Very disappointing. Paid a lot of money for express delivery that the order arrives on Tuesday. On Thursdays, the delivery has still not taken place. Nice surprise before the holiday, when you have no alternative on the last day. I don't understand why you give an express delivery promise if you can't keep it and the goods are 3(!) days later, i.e. later than the normal order
