Why can't I get the right tiles for the room? I fight for every level, there are tiles that I don't have yet - but now I have to earn many twice until I finally get new ones... Is it possible to change the iWIE? 🤔

I love the game and have been playing it on and off for about 3 years now, I'm on level 240 which is one of the “super hard” levels, it is impossible to pass without using help or paying for something. There's also too many useless pop ups at the start of the game. It's tedious to click the X on each one of them before the game and from my counting, there's 6. Please try to find another way to promote these because it is genuinely getting tiring to look at, some pop ups are even little bubbles at the sides when u get into the game, JUST LEAVE THEM THERE. There's no need for a pop up as well. U can introduce it once as a pop up then leave it at the side. These are merely suggestions but it's genuinely a frustrating game, even some of the daily puzzles are near impossible.

Well, you keep updating, and interest in the game disappears.

They make it so challenging you lose motivation. Then, just as your about to win, they do a trick to stop you. Just so you buy more. Kinda cruel! They don't give much incentives to co to ye like other games do.

And misleading in what you are purchasing esp zen pass therefore I will find another game Return of coins is far smaller than buying in game The odds are in favor of the house I find that some icons are hidden impossible to win game DELETING GAME MONEY PIT

If you look at my account, you can see that I play this game quite regularly and have spent a nice chunk of change playing. I'm not sure what happened, if there was a glitch with an update or what, but I haven't been able to play AT ALL for about a week…..you open it and it keeps saying loading and numbers and codes (?) go across the bottom and…..NOTHING. Please fix this!!

second edit: i quit the game for a long time after leaving this review; redownloaded it again some weeks ago bc i missed it. they still haven't reverted the in-game prices to what they were; now if you have 150 coins, you only have 7 refreshes, whereas that used to mean 15! the levels were still nearly impossible to beat at points but being able to refresh dozens of times was way better than what we have now also, the amount of pop-ups is ridiculous. no ads is great, but the pop-ups??? x out of the offer of the gold chest. then x out of the offer for the spring sale. then x out of the offer for the easter sale. then x out of the offer for the buy one get one free sale. then x out of the facebook linkup page. then x out of the thing that shows you can play that weird balloon thing. THEN you can play the actual game, but heaven forbid you wanna go to the home page after a level! pop-ups all over again even if you JUST clicked through them! idk. the game is good because it's addictive like gambling. that's literally the only thing that makes it appealing. the frustration of clicking the tiles and getting absolutely nowhere five times in a row in about a minute and then having to wait a full half hour is just - idk enough abt neurons to say but there's definitely something going on there, lol. i don't like it; i don't like the in-game payment system; i refuse to ever spend real-world money on this game or any other; but i continue to play it for the endorphins or whatever they are. thanks in advance to whatever robot system gives me a generic auto reply to this without any real people ever laying eyes on it bc no one in the company cares abt their users' opinions edit: they changed the prices for the refresh, undo, and shift at the bottom. now it's 20 coins to refresh and i used to spam that every day. i don't understand why they changed it but omg. it's so frustrating. esp since they don't seem to have changed the amounts you get either in the daily timed puzzle or the daily roulette. there's no logic there. doesn't give the game any more money that i can see. stupid decision. orig review: this game is pretty decent. the tile images are pretty (esp the rainbow designs) and the backgrounds can be pleasant to look at. some things about the game drive me crazy, though, and even though all responses from the developers seem to be formulated through an automated AI program i'd like to give some suggestions anyway: please either give more lives, or make the wait time shorter between losing them. it's ridiculous to have to wait a full half hour to replenish one life when you already only get five, and the levels are nearly impossible to beat without coins. please either give more coins for winning a level (i.e. 20 for normal levels; 40 for difficult; and so on) or make the bonuses cheaper. shuffle is pretty much the only one i use because it's cheapest, but even it is 10 coins per try and that runs out a lot faster than you think, especially when you keep hitting it and the tiles never rearrange the way you need them to. i'd love to be able to use the one that puts tiles over the bar so you can collect more, but it's 60 coins and i hardly ever have that many to spare! i'm absolutely never going to spend real money on any game so i gain the coins solely through winning levels or getting the chests. give an option to redo your last moves for free when you lose a level. it's ridiculous that when you fill the bar, that's it, you're done, unless you miraculously have 60 coins to spare which i know usually means you're spending real money. sometimes my finger shakes and hits the wrong tile by accident and i lose a life for no reason. i'd like to be able to try again at the loss of a level, even if there were a limited number of retries you could do. overall i think that this game can be fun sometimes, but it's usually only fun when you have 100 coins or more to spare because you can adjust the board as necessary. otherwise you get stuck on a level sometimes for weeks and it's exhausting and irritating. the levels are impossible sometimes but i wouldn't mind it as much, maybe, if i just had a way to get more coins, more lives, or both, without spending my own cash.

The game is really dirty. If you don't have an item, it's hard to break and it's filthy expensive.

After the last update, the game freezes and lags mercilessly. It can load for a long time, then simply throws it out of the game. What did you update there? Correct!
