Disappointed!
It is totally different now that way it used to be. We can't rely on them anymore. In case of emergency that we have to send money to our family way back home. It takes longer to process more than 4hrs waiting. Been using world remit since 2017-

I have to bring down the rating from the simple fact that every now and then I'm left with having to re-enter banking information and every time I do it takes longer for my transfers to get through. And then I end up having to call customer service every time because the transfer takes excessively long periods of time.

I can't get my money back , they told me there is a technical issue and it's almost 48 hours issue that can't be resolved. I requested a cancellation and a refund so I can start a new transaction but they don't want to give my money back to me. And they told me under their terms and conditions that they have the rights to refuse cancellation and refund? Oh my god they told me they are allowed to steal my money!! What a bunch of thief!!!

The worst money app to send money,I will never advise anyone to download this app to send money,since 6th of May 2024 my transaction was cancelled because they delayed to get my transaction done and I cancelled it since 6 of May till date they still haven't refund me my money,when you contact their customer service they always tell me same story we are waiting for our local partner to confirm bla bla bla worst app ever..

Identify verification
This app was great at first but now it's just so hard I can't even log in to my account anymore because you keep disabling my account You asked me to upload my documents but how do I upload my documents for verification if you won't even let me login my account? Please work on your app cause this ain't fair!

Fast but 3 fees Hit
I got charges a convert Fee, .49c, a transfer fee 3.99 and another fee for using a debit card -$1.09 - I guess. This was for emergancy to family but going to find a better service then this - worse fees like WU.

Poor customer service
I am currently 38 in the chat que and 23 minutes to wait and started at 60 in the que with 23 minutes 15 minutes ago. What a waste of time. This app doesn't work. They blame the bank. Every month it says wait for bank authorization code and they cant even properly communicate with the bank.

This world remit app used to be good but not anymore money transfer within minutes, but actual it reached within hours and especially if you do transaction on Friday. It will be reached on Monday night.some transaction is stuck for days , no helpline over the phone, only webchat, which is very poor.
