Worst service, takes no responsibility for stale food delivery. Bot simply replies "We have no control over food preparation" and chat closed.

They confirm the order after taking the payment they cancel the order and when we get in touch with the customer service they show if they are doing a favour on us they sent us a message that the refund is been processed it must be there no payment reflects from Zomato cheap service

Say by day worst service that I am getting from you guys . Delivery are late ,the food is not handled properly . For your regular delivery now you charge 20 extra in name of high priority. And slow delivery with your ev vehicle which takes ages to come you charge your regular prices .

Why minus rating is not available? Gold membership is a rip off. Orders are clubbed to make money and the second delivery is delayed. Cold food is served after paying so much for delivery charges. Regular delay in order. False time indicated. I would rather rate -100 with -10 stars.
