The app seems to have been designed well but is terrible from a UX perspective. Most of the times the provider details are unavailable. There is an option to "ask accolade" about a specific provider and yet the message would not include any details about them. They might as well fire the team managing this product component and directly link to a Google search result.

Normally this app has been fine but in the last week, it will not allow me and other coworkers use the app or website. It closes the app 3 second after entering the app. I hope this bug can be fixed soon so we can utilize this for work purposes.

I'm all for being safe during a pandemic and I understand the need to do this. But, you just made the app more annoying. How hard is it for people to answer 4 questions that you now had to add another step and have us verify what we just did?

This app is hard to use, and complicated to even register and log in. The support for this app is virtually non existent

The questions are many times repetitive. When I answer a health question it should be put on my record and not asked over and over in the same conversation.

Attempted to register several times. Error message concerning my name, dob & zip. Really??? No customer service number provided & my need to communicate is time sensitive. First impression- terrible and clearly UNRELIABLE.

Awful Company
I don't know who they paid for all these five star, “this app helped cure my cancer” reviews... Every time I've called this company I get transferred multiple times, provided with unclear or un-knowledgeable answers, and then they refuse to transfer me to an actual employee of my health insurance provider (Independence Blue Cross). I've filed formal complaints with IBX, the PA State Attorney Generals Office, and the PA Insurance Commission as well as filing complaints with Senators Toomey and Casey's offices. All health insurance should provide their customer relations in house using their own employees—ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR HEALTHCARE.

This app is terrible I have to use it for work. When I receive alerts that I have messages I can't view them it only shows me old messages.

Love it, but..
I love Accolade as an easy way to get information regarding insurance coverage, however the only thing I have not loved is that the health assistants are unable to send PDFs via email and I have not been able to open them on the app. Actually, they do open but only some writing appears on each of the seven pages I received, not the name of the medical providers that I requested.
