ACE Flare - Latest Quality Issues

I've used ACE for over 2 years get a direct deposit for everything I enjoyed it for my deposits comimg faster and being able to have access to the extra 100 overdraft. With covid hitting last year I wasn't able to get my account back to positive for a few months and even being a loyal customer I'm not longer consider overdraft even having weekly deposits since the year started..

The app was fine before the update now it barely works. Can't see the info in my transactions and there's no option to see monthly statements

WARNING!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! I've had this app for about 2 wks and all of a sudden my acct is locked for " unusual activity". I've called and spoken to several people and they won't even discuss it with me. That I have to email documents to prove my identity. Nobody has my acct info but me and I've only logged in one time into my acct so I don't know how there is unusual activity on my acct. I was warned abt this app but didn't listen. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

On the me to me transfer when it ask me to vaildate my email it overlaps the other things on the page and it want let me vaildate my email.. This is very aggy please fix it now.. I cant go to the ace and do it they want to charge me 5.00 to transfer my miney when the app pose to do it for free.. Thank you

Glitching bad, endless buffering when trying to transfer funds, only & it's not my network so don't even go there..how convenient..

I got info on refund, but can't verify it, cause i canceled a card. And actuvated another one. Transferred some money. Ace Flare want let me view my old account. Then, closes my new acount. Their answer to all situations. Were mailing you a check. Well, How much is that for. And is it for both accounts ??
