Cannot purchase flights on the app
The app does not allow you to purchase flights. I have tried multiple times for different trips. It says that your payment method won't work, and to try again. The website works well, and I was able to purchase flights on the website and then sign in on the app to view them. This is an extremely frustrating problem for the app to have, and multiple times has led to me purchasing more expensive flights with other airlines instead.

Two late flights back and forth made me lose my connections. Think again before you fly with this company.

Unusable app and your going on about MFA... Fix the app first..no one is gunna steal a boarding pass and what use would it be if they did 🙄

It states I need to allow the app permission to access phone storage to share the boarding passes or store in my wallet. But the app doesn't request permission for storage when you download it and if I go into permissions on my phone storage isn't an option for this app Despite the app description specifically stating passes can be used in your device wallet. The app also failed to inform me my flight was delayed.

Aer lingus keeps joining the variuos words that constitute my surnames. No other airline does this. Many countries in the world use more than one surname or a two word surname.
